Who's overseeing your property when you're not in Breckenridge?
For an affordable monthly fee you can relax knowing your property is well cared for.  

Our Absentee Home Care Service includes:

• Bi-monthly visits (or more often as weather dictates)
• Bi-monthly owner updates via email, text, or phone
• On call "in case of emergency" property attention.
• Oversight of any third party remedial activity.
• Preparing property for guest or owner visits.  

Feel secure knowing the following items will receive attention during each property visit:

• Roofs:  check snow load and ice dams 
• Electrical:  Check functionality of all lights, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, house security alarms and garage doors.
• Heat adjustment:  Check all windows and doors.  Adjust heat as needed to ensure efficiency.
• Water:  Check the utility of sinks, showers, toilets and other plumbing fixtures.  Ensure that water is running and pipes are not frozen.
• Appliances:  Check functionality of fireplace, stove, refrigerator,  washer/dryer and all other appliances. 
• Garbage removal/pick up. 

• Common maintenance. (Changing light bulbs, tightening joints and fixtures, etc...)

If a property concern arises:

• Felker Services will contact owners with any concerns and will make sure the issue receives immediate attention.
• We will coordinate repairs with expert contractors and will confirm any additional costs or fees with the owner before concern is addressed.  
• With owner approval, Felker Services will oversee all maintenance to ensure issue is handled professionally and in a timely fashion.  ​

Fees depend on owner's needs and start at $300 per month.  
Regularly scheduled snow removal may be added to this fee and will depend on frequency of snow removal and size of snow removal zone.
