All remodels are watched over from start to finish, providing out of town owners with real time information on their remodel.  Felker Services has built relationships with many of the well respected Breckenridge Contractors who are equipped
to handle large or small remodels.


Here are just a few common areas remodeled:

• Update a bathroom or kitchen
• Install new flooring
• Install energy efficient doors and windows 
• Update counters or floors with Natural Stone (Granite, Travertine, etc)
• Customize trim with mountain style (beetle kill wood, bark, etc)
