We track guests consumables and maintenance issues when we clean, so a guest never arrives to a broken door knob or an empty paper towel rack.
Fees depend on unit size and range from $100 to $300.

Housekeeping services may be purchased by the owner or the guest for an additional fee. Our fee depends on guest requests, whether they would like a deep clean during their stay, or simply fresh towels every other day. We will tailor our services to fit each guest's needs.
