• Cleaning - it is done correctly - or you don't pay.
  
• Guest services - that you will hear nothing but glowing remarks about our guest liason services
  
• Maintenance - all work is performed correctly
  
• Sales and Marketing - Our contracts are designed to have an understanding of what is expected between the homeowner and Felker Services.  However, we never tie you into a long term contact.  If you decide that our program is not designed for you, we will not force you into staying with us. We believe that our hard work and communication will meet your needs and desires!
