Pricing:
We charge a reasonable incentive based commission.
This fee covers:
- Full Service Guest Services Manager
- Basic Maintenance
- Bookings, Billing, and Accounting
- Homeowner Relations
- Sales and Marketing
- Organzing Cleaning, Walk throughs, and Home Care
We also have a flat fee service for homeowners that do not need a full service program which allows homeowners to budget but still have a local contact and service to provide their guests.
